Roles and responsibilities
You’ll use your customer care experience and our product training to take every customer on a voyage of discovery. The destination? Their perfect product or service. Being friendly, keen, helpful and knowledgeable will help you build a rapport – while helping your team achieve targets. So you must be ready to chip in and determined to make customers happy.
