The Concierge Associate role is key in making Westfield’s shopping centre the most luxury and unique shopping experience within the UK. The Concierge team prides itself on going that extra mile, taking away the stress so guests can relax and enjoy their day
Based at one of the centers' Concierge desks, you will use your impressive knowledge of the centre’s retailers, restaurants and facilities to help guests
Your main duties and responsibilities will also include:
We are looking for
- Actively providing information, directions and other assistance to guests
- Looking after the upkeep of the Concierge desk
- Actively promoting the centre’s products and services
- Assisting customers with shop mobility and accessibility
- Recording and following up customer comments or complaints
- Assisting the Concierge Team Leader in duties relating to promotional and PR activity
- Dealing efficiently and calmly with any guest issues realting to lost property, first aid and safety
- Helpfully providing visitors with other tourist information where possible
