Area / Regional Sales Managers - Yorkshire
My client is currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join and manage a team of Wealth Managers in Leeds and Sheffield.
THE CLIENT
A UK leading bank. They are a modern and dynamic organization, driven forward by recent acquisitions and continued expansion.
THE ROLE
The company needs an experienced manager to manage a team of Wealth Managers in Yorkshire; responsible for all training, development, compliance and all strategic planning for the branch. You will be managing a team of seasoned industry professionals and as such the successful candidate will already have extensive experience operating as a sales manager in a financial advisory capacity.
THE CANDIDATE
Candidates will be qualified to fully CF/FPC qualified and ideally hold diploma status. The package on offer ranges from £40,000 to £70,000 depending on experience, and higher basic could be negotiated for the right individual. Furthermore there is a flexible benefits package and car allowance, and a generous bonus structure where you will earn further income dependent on branch performance.
