Estimator/Administrator

In this role you’ll train to become an Estimator at our Contract Branch at Eastbourne. You’ll learn all aspects of providing a consistently high estimating service specifically to our Contract Customers. You’ll produce quotations for customers, provide advice and assistance to Managers on pricing and produce reports as and when required. You’ll build strong relationships with our preferred suppliers and negotiate with them to obtain external contract support. You will also work very closely with our external Contract Sales Managers in the South East to maximise sales and margin opportunities.

You will also take on administrative duties and have the ability to support the branch in the correct application of company systems and procedures and provide administrative support, answering customer queries, filing and all general office duties, such as cash handling and recording of employee information.
To succeed you will need to be numerate, computer literate, and have great time management skills. A sound knowledge of company administrative procedures would be a distinct advantage.
