The UK Global Property & admin role has vastly expanded with an increased work load over the past few years. We looking for an assistant to work with the UK Geography Manager.
Provide office support needs
Communicate and follow up on Geography Managers actions
Serve as liaison between MMCRES (facilities) and the Geography Manager
Constant coordination of real estate and operations projects
Always keep Geography Manager informed and manage the workflow
Ability to travel when required, visiting office locations
Qualifications or skills needed:
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build credibility and gain confidence
Good oral and written communication skills
Experience within a corporate environment
General education to A' level
