We are seeking a highly motivated individual to integrate into a team researching the fundamental mechanisms of mitosis and cytokinesis in human cells. The aim of this Cancer Research UK funded project is to understand how spatial and temporal control of protein kinases and phosphatases in mitosis and cytokinesis. A particular focus will be on the formation, function and regulation of the central spindle.You should have a PhD in a relevant discipline and will employ a wide range of molecular cell biological techniques, including cell culture, protein expression, molecular biology and microscopy. The post is available until 30 April 2013.
