A leading Professional Services business based in Leeds is seeking 6 temporary Payroll Administrators. The remit of the role is to support the business with a project of integration of information from one system onto a new payroll function. You will need to be a self-starter, capable of working off your own initiative and in a position to manage your own workload. The role will suit someone who is already an experienced Payroll Clerk looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to increase their experience on multiple systems.

The duties range from entering hours onto the payroll system, calculating deduction & raising purchase orders. You will also be responsible for the end of month accounts, documenting expenses and managing staff queries. To be considered is it is essential that you are able to demonstrate experience of payroll in a commercial environment or sadly this role is not for you, as must be in a position to hit the ground running. It is important that you possess strong analytical skills, are able to prioritise your work to meet deadlines and have the ability to deliver high quality outputs under pressure.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
