Working for a leading Automotive Tier 1 supplier you will be responsible for new product manufacturing and assembly process development on site. You will lead the organisation in productivity improvments, conduct cost analysis for new projects and products and be responsible for control plan and process documentation.
You will come from an automotive process engineer background and have a strong understanding of lean concepts and capacity planning. 8D problem solving experience is key to this role as is the ability to apply six sigma and 5S knowledge to each project. You will be qualified to HNC or HND level or equivalent and possess strong written and oral communication skills.
My client is a growing organisation that provide products to some of the worlds leading automotive OEM's and they can offer excellent progression to the right individuals joining them.
