You will be responsible for selling an extensive range of products in skincare, makeup and fragrance; delivering expert and luxury services unique to Estee Lauder in order to achieve specific retail targets on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
In addition to formal training experiences, your Counter Manager will continue to develop you with varied administrative responsibilities so that you will have a greater understanding of the business as well as promotional tasks to fine tune your service expertise.
