To continue our proud heritage, we are currently recruiting for an exceptional, experienced and customer focussed Sales Associate to start their Louis Vuitton journey within in our leather goods and accessories department in one of our world famous stores in central London.

The role will involve:
Assisting in maintaining the company standard to maximise sales and minimise loss.
Greeting, serving and advising clients, giving the best service possible at all times while introducing additional and alternative sales.
Being fully conversant with the product range including product care, stock availability and after services offered.
Being proficient at creating and updating client files and developing a client book
Maintaining high retail standards and create desire through visual merchandising
Following company policy on customer complaints, returns and exchange procedures.
Working on own initiative and on any specific mission or project as defined by your line manager.
Register all relevant transaction details onto the database.
The successful candidate will have had at least 2 years experience in retail, hospitality or in a customer facing role.
Experience in Luxury goods - Leather goods, Bags, Shoes, or Sunglasses is an advantage
An interest in fashion is essential along with excellent communication skills and passion for delivering exception customer service to all.
