Our client, a growing International company based in Hove, are seeking a Web Development Team Leader to join their team.
The Team Leader, C#.Net will lead a team that designs, develops, and maintains web-based applications for an internal business unit focused on productivity and customer web based applications that support enterprise teams and their processes.
The person in this role contributes to the organisations success through experience in web-based front-ends, application programming, and key business systems. The candidate will also get exposure to the business side working with business analysts, project managers, and management. The candidate will have an active role in the requirements and modelling processes.
A successful candidate will have experience in all tiers of web development as well as experience interpreting design specifications into functional and reliable software. The candidate should be effective in a small team environment and possess the ability to assimilate and communicate both technical and commercial ideas effectively.

Key Accountabilities:
Innovate, design, and build enterprise web-based solutions using primarily Microsoft technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolves application issues.
Adhere to coding standards/best practices while meeting technical requirements.
Collaborate with team members on technical requirements.
Documentation of application and system functions.
Infrastructure planning and maintenance.

Skills Summary:Essential Skills:
Experience developing web applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, CSS, XML/XSLT and JavaScript.
Experience designing and maintaining databases with Microsoft SQL Server.
Experience developing with AJAX and/or jQuery technologies.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
Strong understanding of relational database concepts and management techniques.
Ability to analyse, troubleshoot and resolve web application issues.
Version control, issue tracking, and build/release management experience.
Windows Server LAN, Active Directory (basic knowledge)

Entity framework, Log4Net, nUnit, SiteFinity, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0, SSRS
