required for IFA practice based in Cheshire. Duties to include, preparation and proof-reading of documents, conducting research and obtaining quotations, preparing investment portfolio application packs, submitting and tracking new business, preparing annual performance reviews of client portfolios, diary organisation, invoicing, typing, filing, liaising with clients, solicitors and barristers on the telephone and general file management and administration.
The candidate must be proficient with Word, Excel, the internet and emails. This is a highly demanding role and the candidate must be willing to undertake any training required. The role requires a methodical and professional individual who is able to work whilst under pressure, and be able to join a professional team. Salary is dependent on relevant experience.
