The Company Robert Half Finance & Accounting permanent division is currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join a large FMCG company. The role will be based at their offices in either Lincolnshire or Derbyshire. This is a commutable distance from Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, and Lincolnshire and from all areas of the East Midlands.
The Role The Finance Manager will be reporting to the Director of Finance. The purpose of this role is to support senior managers in improving business initiatives and reviewing data and processes to achieve effective and efficient performance. Duties for this opportunity include adding value to the business through identifying and implementing improvements in the effectiveness of people, systems, processes and working practices, conducting and advising on cost analysis and preparing , interpreting customer needs, creating financial models.This is an exciting time to join this market leader at a time of growth, and the successful candidate will be highly driven, and have a strong commercial background including excellent financial modelling skills, good people skills and project management experience.
