The basic to start is £18,000 to £22,000 with commission of 10% when you hit your target. In addition to this the employer pays a 5% loyalty bonus based on your sales this is paid in summer in time for the holidays and in winter in time for Christmas. You will also get an attractive new business bonus.
You will join a team of three telesales executives.
You will be selling advertising space for a local community guides Nationwide.
This is an annual publication that aims to provide useful information for everyone living and working in the local area.
You will have at least two years experience in selling advertising, excel at sales, be target driven and possess great communication skills.
You will join an existing sales team and the role will involve calling existing customers and cold calling, contacting previous customers for repeat business and monitoring sales leads.
Candidates must be fully computer literate, have the ability to advise customers on adverts size, content and structure and of course be good at closing sales.
You MUST have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to advice customers proactively and close a sale.
