We are looking for an Engineering Administrator to join our busy team in Weymouth. You will be responsible for undertaking administration duties in Engineering department and ensuring all tasks are carried out accurately and in a timely fashion.
Key aspects of the role will include maintaining databases and using the SAP system. You will monitor and review all procedures to ensure company standards are achieved. You will be placing orders for engineering parts as and when requested. You will also be responsible for dealing with enquiries and supporting the team.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills. Knowledge of Microsoft packages and experience in a similar field is essential. Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
You will be working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Salary will be discussed at interview.
