We currently have an opening for an Branch Manager to join our Branch in Hampshire.
As the successful candidate you will have the total responsibility for the profitability and maximisation of Return On Capital Employed within the branch. You will be directly responsible for dealing with complex and diverse managerial problems, which cover the full spectrum of management disciplines. Through your team you will co-ordinate sales, purchasing, distribution, warehousing and staff costs in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures established by the Company.
In addition to your previous experience in a similar role you will demonstrate the ability and motivation to push the branch forward, improving performance and driving sales. You will be confident at leading, motivating and developing staff using you excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be proficient at organising both yourself and others, through your ability to plan and prioritise b ranch activities. Financially and commercially aware you will demonstrate a professional ability to interpret, analyse and produce financial and statistical information.
