Housing Administrator wanted for a very busy housing department for a Local Authority in Brighton.
The purpose of the role will be to support the team in actively seeking to identify, understand and give priority to meeting customer needs and to effectively and efficiently manage and monitor all areas of property and investment contracts through organised and effective involvement, engagement of our residents and contractors.
The ideal candidate will have:
Related Tenant Liaison Qualification
A strong background of working within customer/contractor liaison service.
Good understanding, skill and ability relating to track record of tenant liaison
Understanding of Common-hold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 responsibilities relating to the Repairs Maintenance and Improvement Service and other relevant legislation
Knowledge of building /engineering terms and the ability to apply these in an operational environment.
This is a full time, temporary Housing role based in Brighton to start ASAP.
