My client are a UK leading online retailer with a strong presence in a number of specialist markets. Due to continued growth they are looking to recruit an International E-Commerce Coordinator to deliver the online promotional calendar to their German and US markets. This is an interesting and busy role for an e-commerce specialist to begin their career in an organisation who invests heavily in digital marketing.
Key responsibilities include:
Plan, develop and deliver the online promotional plan across multiple websites, ensuring costs are within budget and to the timescales specified.
Drive & build brand awareness within the international markets to ensure the retention of established customers and the growing loyalty of new recruits, achieve weekly recruitment targets in terms of both customer numbers and cost.
Identify potential investment scenarios that are able to grow activity cost effectively.
Contribute to the commercial & functional development of the websites.
Review promotional activity on weekly basis to identify demand shortfalls or demand opportunities and make recommendations to the line manager on potential actions
Report and analyse sales on site customer behaviour utilising analytical tools and reports.
Candidates must have good relationship building skills as the role involves working with a number of commercial departments. E-Commerce or online sales content experience is required and knowledge of managing a promotional calendar would be an advantage.
