We are looking for a proactive customer focused individual with a sound understanding and practical experience in customer service. Much of the role will focus on working with online shop customers. You will be expected to manage a busy email box responding to all enquiries in a timely and professional manner; working closely with other departments to resolve issues and improve our service levels.

You will also share responsibility for managing the processing and coordination of orders for all our internal customers in Tate and Tate Retail.

We have our own distribution facility at Chadwell Heath and you will need to work closely with the warehouse team daily to ensure excellent levels of service to all our customers.

The role is reception based and so you will have shared responsibility for managing general tasks such as greeting visitors, managing the switchboard, signing for courier deliveries and distributing post.

We are looking for someone with an excellent level of IT literacy, someone with experience of working with professional database systems as well as Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel. You will also be required to use a number of web-based systems, so will need to be someone who is “quick to learn”.

You will need to take a pro-active and organised approach to the role and in the management of shared responsibilities across many tasks.

The successful candidate will be working in a small but dynamic team, which is a key player in the overall success of our business.
