Capco is looking for management consultants with
experience within Retail Banking and financial services.

All applicants should have previous consultancy experience and possess the following skills:
Change management / business transformation experience
Robust analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to think, write and present in a logical and structured way
Experience in Banking transformation project work (with Business and IT) and delivery
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to confidently liaise with senior managers and clients, coveying complex ideas and developing project deliverables
Ability to build trust amongst colleagues and clients
Have strong drive, resilience and a passion for excellence
Team players with the ability to deliver projects and work within project teams
Fluent in English, and potentially one other major European Language
A proficient and advanced user of MS Office applications (excel, powerpoint and Word)
Understanding of latest trends with a particular dimension of Financial Services
Knowledge of the key issues currently facing the FS sector
Sound knowledge of project/programme planning and control
For Senior Consultants
Proven delivery experience of running internal and external teams or large project workstreams
Good understanding and knowledge of a particular Banking specialism:
o Cards and Payments
o Digital and Mobile Banking
o Transaction Banking
o Retail Operations
o Wealth and Investment Management
o Business Strategy and Operating model
For Principal and Managing Principals (in addition to the above)
Ability to play a core role in the development of the Capco Banking team: populated by individuals who are passionate about the future of Banking and the important role it plays within the UK market
Ability to lead Banking projects and engagements (large scale change and business transformation)
Have a good mixture of solid business development along with proven large scale delivery expertise
Ability to develop Capco thought leadership within the Banking domain
Possess a strong network of client relationships within the Banking sector
Deep routed and indepth insight of a particular Banking specialism:
o Cards and Payments
o Digital and Mobile Banking
o Transaction Banking
o Retail Operations
o Wealth and Investment Management
o Business Strategy and operating model
