What you'll give our customers as a Business Performance Manager
You'll support the annual planning cycle across all insurance products, making sure it always meets timelines and stakeholder expectations. That's going to mean monitoring and assessing plans on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, while analysing trends and performance to identify potential issues before they arise. In addition, you'll work with high-level stakeholders business-wide to deliver tactical and strategic performance improvements.

What you'll need as a Business Performance Manager
The success of everyone at Barclays is measured by their ability to put our customers at the centre of their day. To do that in this role, you'll need extensive experience of financial, market and strategic analysis, plus an awareness of product and marketing development. A degree-level education (or equivalent) is a must, and you'll need to show us a track record of working closely with retail partners. A detailed knowledge of financial tools and techniques, outstanding communication skills and a high level of ability in MS PowerPoint and Excel are also vital.
