The role will be predominantly phone based but other methods such as text, email and letter will be used when needed. A real people person is required to deal with all characters of consumer debt.
Ideally you will have:
Previous experience in a similar role
Experience in consumer debt is an advantage
The ability to deal with different characters
A team orientated attitude
