The key operational elements that this role is expected to be involved in are split between; incentives strategy, scheme design, governance and communication; and sales and incentive scheme review and analysis.
Key accountabilities include:
Provide a wide range of information, interpretation and guidance, which enables the business area(s) to gain a full understanding of the implications linked to their decisions
Ensure the technical accuracy of all models used by team members so that effective analysis takes place for the business areas supported
Co-ordinate the preparation of information for the planning, budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring assigned business areas are aware of their performance and any variance from agreed targets
Lead both structured reviews and ad-hoc analysis to investigate areas of operational inefficiency, regulatory non-compliance and incentive performance, highlighting problems and proposing solutions
Obtain information from and deliver information to other business units, agreeing outputs and deliverables and identifying process enhancements to increase operational efficiency
Define user requirements and test / implement computer systems, processes, procedures, products or services, ensuring these support operational efficiency and provide data to meet the changing needs of the business
Identify, obtain approval and subsequently plan, communicate and implement processes necessary to reflect organisation and business changes within area(s) of responsibility
Manage, motivate and develop assigned team members so that their individual and collective performance meets the standards required, providing guidance and support as appropriate
Assume responsibility for projects as defined by senior management, co-ordinating plans and resources to achieve agreed deliverables within the required time, cost and quality parameters

Excellent communication skills who is accustomed to presenting data to senior members of staff
Previous Financial Services experience
StrongSAP and Excel experience
A go-getter attitude who can work well individually or as part of a team
