Registration Officer - Biocides, Midlands - UK, Competitive Salary + bens
VRS Regulatory are looking for an aspiring Regulatory Affairs Officer with experience of the registration of products that have a biocidal active ingredient. This can be any classification of biocide ie pest control, disinfectant, hygiene etc. Your role will be to secure registrations for newly marketed products in a variety of regions in the EU and Far East.
Working closely with product development, product safety and regulatory affairs colleagues, your role will be to research and analyse the registration requirements, to gather and collate high quality data and to prepare registration dossiers. You will be responsible for liaison and negotiation with competent authorities. The role will also involve helping your product safety and regulatory affairs colleagues with day to day product safety including SDS management and hazard classifications.
This is a diverse and challenging role that will have a direct impact on the success and growth of the company. Ideal candidates will have a good understanding and practical experience of the registration of biocidal products; you must understand the data requirements and the registration processes. You are likely to be degree qualified and have at least a couple of years’ industrial experience including biocide registrations / regulatory affairs.
