OfficeTeam is currently recruiting for a temporary Office Services Coordinator to work within a well established market research company based in Hammersmith, West London. The office services coordinator will play a fundamental role in the daily processes of a rapidly growing office. The office services coordinator will work to maintain and develop good working relationships both internally and externally, support the marketing and selling effort of the group and provide office administrative support including document preparation, database management and reporting, quarterly mailings, weekly reporting and scheduling travel arrangements and itineraries. The office services coordinator will also be responsible for collation and reporting of expenses, arranging payment of invoices, maintain office supplies and stationary, and undertake adhoc reception cover during holiday periods and absence. OfficeTeam’s successful office services coordinator will require previous PA experience and be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills, diary and email management and maintain client records and documentation. The office services coordinator will also be the main point of contact for reception and greeting visitors, switchboard management, meeting room schedules, Health & Safety within the office, and HR functions such as new joiners & leavers and induction. A key element of the role will also be facilities and building management; including desk space management, IT/ PC requirements, office supplier contracts (e.g. stationary and cleaning) and relationship management. OfficeTeam’s successful office services coordinator will require previous PA experience, be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills, diary and email management and be able to work effectively with the Managing Director. OfficeTeam’s market research client requires a highly organised and responsible individual with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel, a minimum typing speed of 50wpm, and has a minimum of 3 years experience within a similar industry. OfficeTeam will be looking for an individual with a strong personality who can be flexible and adaptable to the needs and demands of the business and is interested in expanding their career.
