An exciting opportunity to join an expanding retail company specialising in DIY and Hardware Products. My client is looking for a hands on proactive manager to lead, motivate and develop the team. The successful candidate will have at least two years experience of retail management and must have worked towards KPIs. Responsibilities will include taking charge of deliveries, merchandising stock, providing exceptional customer service, increasing sales, developing trade accounts and coaching and developing the team.
