We are currently recruiting for nursing staff for various days and shifts for temporary cover working within Nursing Homes and Private hospitals in the Devizes and surrounding areas.
We are looking for genuine, friendly and accommodating RNs to join our developing team.
It is important that you are an effective communicator with high personal standards, along with a strong employment track record.
You will have the ability to fit into a team when on shift working effectively with other team members at both a senior and junior level.
You need to be a confident individual with strong self-motivation with the ability to assess, plan, implement and review care plans for a group of individuals.
You will have a sound clinical knowledge and the ability to make effective and efficient decisions on treatment selection and evaluation of treatment.
You will administer medications and treatments safely in accordance with NMC guidelines as well as ensuring your own professional practice adheres to the NMC professional code for practicing.
We are looking for individuals who are true ambassadors of their services and profession.
You must hold a valid NMC PIN and RMN/RN qualification. All applicants will be subject to an enhanced CRB disclosure check.
Own transport is an advantage but is not essential.
