Our client is looking for an IT Web / Digital Executive to manage the technical / business side of their highly transactional website.
You will work as part of the IT team and very closely with the Marketing team and be responsible for the website to include all duties not related to website marketing.
Responsibilities:
Manage the day to day relationships with external website partners , hosting partners and agencies
To manage all aspects of clients website development and projects through 3rd parties /external partners and support functions
Ensure websites adapt to technical changes and trends
To plan, assist and support all internal stakeholders with digital communications requirements and projects
To provide support and issue resolution for internal CMS users
Work in partnership with the Marketing Team to support and assist in the delivery of Marketing, eCommerce strategies
Work in partnership with the IT team in order to deliver technical development and integrations for web projects
Internal stakeholder communications
You:
Ideally a graduate with an IT or similar degree
Strong understanding of digital technologies
Interested in web development & ideally with some experience of web development such as MySQL or PHP (not essential)
Some experience in working with a CMS ideally Drupal or similar
Strong understanding of web standards, accessibility, usability and best practice.
Experience of managing the delivery of website development projects and on-going issue management
Experience working with Google Analytics and other monitoring tools.
Ability to understand and analyse business requirements
