Persimmon Thames Valley are looking to recruit a recently or soon to be qualified Quantity Surveyor graduate to work at our Office in Maidenhead. The successful applicant will assist the busy department with site budgets, cost control, labour and sub-contractor payments etc.
Qualifications
The successful applicant should be or soon to be qualified with a Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Previous experience is not essential for this role but would be an advantage.
Skills
The successful applicant will be a well organised, good team player and be a self motivated individual with good communication skills who is able to demonstrate a professional and flexible approach to the demands of surveying for housing development and estate roads.
You will have a good level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel. You must possess good IT skills.
