Your winning combination of administration and people skills will ensure you can become a key player in this busy team.
As well as dealing with a variety of questions from our customers and completing a wide range of customer service focused tasks, you’ll manage tenants’ rent accounts to minimise arrears and maximise income. This will include monitoring rent accounts, taking appropriate action and co-ordinating the arrears process.
Requirements If you have significant experience in a customer facing environment (ideally housing), a good grasp of the Microsoft Office suite and a tactful, caring approach, then we want to hear from you. In addition to the full-time position we have a 12 month (2.5 days per week) vacancy.
