A Market leading healthcare company requires a Lawson Application Support Specialist to support a number of business areas to which the Lawson application has been deployed.
The team to which the specialist will belong is responsible for application support, application release management, end user support, end user training, business process support and day to day management of third party suppliers.
This role will work closely with the business process owners in the relevant business functions.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in application support ideally supporting ERP applications such as Finance, HR and Payroll.
You will have experience of working to client SLA 's to ensure that issues are resolved in an efficient and professional manor.
Application administration and configuration experience.
Participate or undertake technical analysis, specification, estimation, design, implementation and support of systems solutions working with business process owners, customers, third parties and other IT colleagues in line with application and technical architecture standards and guidelines.
The successful candidate will also be required to train new users on how applications work.

ITIL exposure
Experience working to client SLA programmes
Training experience
3rd party supplier management experience
Ability to travel to provide on site training
Experience using methodologies such as Prince 2 and ITIL is desirable.
