The Workforce Development Team provides a diverse range of training courses and professional qualifications for directly employed staff and the wider adult and children’s social care workforces. Using specialist learning administration system software, the team provides in excess of 15,000 training places each year to people across the City.
The ideal person we are looking for will be able to provide excellent levels of customer service, whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail working with high volumes of course applications using specialist software. Knowledge and experience of working with the PIER and Training Manager Pro systems or similar to administer course applications and the associated maintenance is desirable.
