My client is looking for a Retail Assistant Store Manager to join their team in Watford who will be responsible for managing the stores team and the delivery of customer service standards in order to maximise sales opportunities.
As the Assistant Store Manager you will be responsible for participating and contributing towards the management of the team and striving to continually improve the way this company do business.
Have excellent communication skills written and verbal
Achieve and surpass your personal sales targets
Ensure that the stores products are presented to the highest standards
Cover the manager in times of absence
Have the ability to motivate a focused sales team
The right person for this role will have experience of managing and developing people with previous retail or customer service experience where you have delivered superior 1-2-1 customer experiences and success in a selling environment, ideally with premium products.
The role is working 40 hours per week on a rota basis Management training, sales technique and product training will be given
