Working as part of a busy store team during one of our most exciting times of the year, you`ll be providing invaluable support in serving our valued customers with excellent service standards and PAYG product transactions. Christmas 2013 is expected to be an exciting one for us, so if you`re available throughout November and December and love a busy, sales environment then read on....
-To have a full understanding of, and be able to sell and transact sales of the following products compliantly: PREPAY, PREPAY UPGRADES, PREPAY INSURANCE, LEBARA, CLOUD / Wi-Fi, ACCESSORIES. The Company reserves the right to amend this list as and when appropriate and details will be provided on the Company Intranet in this event.
-To transact purchases of the above products or services in the store, giving excellent customer service whilst working in line with the principles of the Retail Model and the Retail Performance Cycle, for which training is provided.
-To maintain a clean and safe working environment by undertaking basic house keeping duties alongside the rest of the team.
-To adhere to all company and legal guidelines and procedures when operating the tills.
-To manage queues effectively at busy times in a friendly manner.
-To ensure that all pre-pay handsets are connected prior to the customer leaving the store
-To achieve key KPI targets as set by the store manager.
-To support the store at all times including answering the phone and taking messages accurately, ensuring they get passed on to the correct person on time.
-Replenishment of stock when required.

-Must be of an approachable demeanour and have strong communication skills
-Must be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service and handling skills
-Must be energetic and be able to work flexible hours
-Must enjoy a busy sales environment
