Description
An opportunity exists for a Site Agent/ Senior Civil Engineer to join a large civil engineering contractor on a 6 month contract. Coming from a strong supervisory background you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the engineering and oversee a team of engineers/ direct staff on site.
Key responsibilities will include:
Management of sub-contractors
Measurements
Attend & lead site progress meetings
Delivery of Civil Engineering projects to a value of £500k
Supervision of work on site
Measurements and Valuations
Liaising with Client
Site Safety
Quality
Environmental
Essential Criteria:
Degree in CEM or Civil Engineering
Min 3-4 years engineering experience on civil engineering projects
Excellent leadership & communication skills
Ability to take ownership of project
Work on own initiative
Management or Supervisory experience is essential
