As a General Manager, you will be fully responsible for the smooth and profitable operation of your restaurant.
You will ensure your team meets the highest standards of customer service, and that any issues are dealt with quickly and fairly.
You will be responsible for you P& L taking full accountability, ensuring costs and sales targets are met.
You will design and implement local marketing campaigns in order to increase footfall and sales.
You will recruit your team (with support from HR), ensuring successful recruits, are trained and developed to company standards.
preferred skills You will be an experienced General Manager from within a Hospitality Field – this could be branded restaurants or branded coffee shops / sandwich shops or Retail.
You will be a natural Leader, with the ability to inspire your team.
You will have strong financial skills - the ability to understand budgeting and P& L’s.
You will have lots of energy and enthusiasm and be genuinely customer focused.
You will have worked in a Fast Paced environment, and be happy working 48 hours per week five days out of seven.
