Description
Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will develop, implement and
evaluate brand aligned digital and evolving eCRM strategy,
utilising Internet, email, Social Media and SMS platforms.
You will then utilise these digital channels with the aim of
gaining new consumers.
This is an amazing opportunity to be part of the brands Commercial
Team and influence the long term implementation of a market leading
CRM solution in a large corporate business and is ideal for someone
who is passionate about working with data, databases and CRM.
Key Accountabilities include:
Creating summary reports for management and stakeholders and
liaising with stakeholders across marketing, IT and online
operations.
Rollout the CRM strategy and deliver projects according to the CRM
roadmap in terms of database management, insight and analytics and
loyalty development
Implementation of new features and functionality of a new campaign
management tool (Neolane)
Managing contact strategy and audience segmentation
Providing regular project reporting documentation and monitoring
and communicating risks and issues to the business
The successful candidate will have proven experience in
eCRM/Database management or project management in this area and
experience in developing and business casing promotional sales
activity.
You will have a clear understanding of Digital media channels and
their application in the eCRM universe and experience in managing
large B2C databases (over 1 MIL records) and complex data
flows.
Experience of CRM tools such as Fast stats, Neolane, is desirable
in addition to qualifications in Project Management or any
structured project methodology.
This role requires a great skill in managing and/or mentoring other
colleagues as well as dealing with multiple stakeholders and
agencies.
The successful candidate will also need to be competent in MS
Office applications.
