Your remit will span everything from service standard frameworks and operational agreements, through to monitoring and reporting. What’s more, you’ll influence policy across procurement and staff development.

Ideally educated to graduate level and with ITIL v3 certification, you’ll bring to the role proven experience in the operation and commercial management of IS services, preferably within a mission-critical environment. You’ll demonstrate a thorough understanding of the business impact of service failure and incidents, IS partner ecosystems and ITIL processes. Together with strong knowledge of the latest service desk and service management integration technologies, you have a flair for analysing and communicating complex issues. An influential individual with strong relationship building skills and a commitment to customer service, you’ve successfully designed implemented and improved processes.
