A brand guru and a role model, youll extend your expertise of all things Armani to customers and colleagues alike. That means embodying the brand and passing on your knowledge to fashionistas who share your passion for the signature prints and dresses- building a rapport with regular customers and striking up long-lasting relationships with new ones too. It also means inspiring exceptional customer service, driving sales and maximising the departments success. But its about more than exceptional product knowledge. Its about living and breathing the brand in its entirety. So from the latest ready to wear, to collections fresh from the runway, youll know Armani inside out and make sure your team are as clued up as you are. Beyond that, youll foster strong bonds with Armani and its suppliers to stay up to date with new releases, liaise with Buyers and Merchandisers to make sure we have this seasons must-have products, and act as an ambassador not just for your team .
An effortlessly chic, experienced luxury retail professional with an impressive client book, youll be looking to raise your profile in an environment that harnesses your expertise. Of course, youll need a sales technique that displays exceptional polish and finesse, along with the ambition and keen commercial mind needed to put forward sophisticated ideas for the growth of the department.
