We are currently looking to recruit a Reservations Manager on a fixed term contract to oversee the day to day running of the reservations department. The successful individual will have experience in this position at a similar sized property. Knowledge of Opera Property Management System is preferred but not essential, however once fully trained the role includes the upkeep and maintenance of rate codes and packages to ensure that the system operates as efficiently as possible. The role is a pro active one and always looking to maintain and grow our key corporate accounts is an important part of the position. A good understanding of the local market place alongside understanding and implementing rate strategies is also beneficial. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of the importance of working well with the Front Office team and also the Housekeeping Department to ensure that guest experience is exceeded whenever possible.
