You will be a proven commercial property solicitor possessing c.2-6 years' PQE and will be comfortable undertaking a broad role involving L&T and sales & purchases, with a particular emphasis on commercial developments.
This role has arisen through expansion, with the team continuing to attract new and challenging work. You will take responsibility for your own caseload but continue to develop your career under the guidance of an accomplished partner, whilst also assisting on more complex matters.
The client base here is impressive and a large part of the role would relate to retail developments by developer clients for national retailers, hotels and supermarkets.
