JOB PURPOSE :
Responsible for the effective day to day monitoring of the CCTV system and operation of the dedicated CIS systems responding to passenger queries via the help points, delivering accurate and timely information to staff and passengers in compliance to the PIDD ACoP.
We are currently recruiting for two areas: Gatwick Airport Station and Three Bridges Control Centre.
As this is an all shift position, you will have to ensure you can provide your own transport to meet these requirements.
