Our Client, a multinational retailer, is looking to recruit an immediately available HR Manager to join the existing HR team based in Kent. I am looking for somebody who is immediately available and has experience of managing culture change programmes for a large and varied client base. Experience of working within a retail environment would be advantageous but is by no means a pre-requisite. You must have strong generalist skills and a good practical knowledge of Employee Relations as this will make up a considerable proportion of the role.
