For 2012 we are looking to recruit upto 100 Retail Graduates. We look for bright, self-motivated, ambitious individuals with strong leadership and team-building skills and the ability to motivate their team. You will need to be an effective communicator at all levels and a problem solver who relishes the challenge of developing a business through your own skills and efforts.
The Retail Graduate Scheme offers roles in Pub Management and within 2 years graduates could be managing a team of up to 50 people in a pub with a turnover of £1m p.a. The eventual target role will be General Manager and then Retail Business Manager (Area Manager) or a Corporate role.
We'll put you on the fast-track to a management role in one of our Pub Restaurants through a mixture of on-the-job experience and formal training. While you'll receive full support, your progress will be very much up to you - the more self-motivated you are, the faster you'll achieve success

- A minimum 2:2 Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
- You must have a minimum of 12 months supervisory experience in a customer facing environment.
- Experience of supervising a team of 3 or more in the Retail or Hospitality sector.
- Be flexible within 2 geographical regions (excluding London)
