Roles and responsibilities
You’ll use your customer care experience and our product training to take every customer on a voyage of discovery.
Their perfect product or service.
Being friendly, keen, helpful and knowledgeable will help you build a rapport – while helping your team achieve targets.

All positions are based in our O2 shops.
Salary Information: Starting salary £13, 230 pro rata plus performance bonus.
Hours of Work/Shifts: 2x15 hour part time vacancy available.

-Due to our commitment to deliver the best customer service possible, each of our successful retail candidates need to be able to travel to our HQ in Slough for 3 days
induction before to starting work in-store.
