HR Administrator/Human Resource Administrator required for a large company based in Guildford.

This position will require the HR Administrator/Human Resource Administrator to be responsible for:

  • Payroll activity -Responsible for payroll administration such as letters, forwarding returned payslips,
  • Support the Expat Specialist with all administrative work associated with the Expat activities.
  • Ensure that the Work Permit folder is maintained and documents logged accordingly
  • General Admin support
  • Personnel administration for new members of the HR team
  • Point of contact for departmental ' drop in ' enquiries, ensuring queries are dealt with professionally and individuals redirected as appropriate
  • Handle and distribute information within the department, including post, sending documents to the SSC (courier envelope), filing and photocopying
This position will require the individual to have exposure to SAP.
