We are looking for a dedicated, self-motivated person to join our small, friendly team of Family Support Keyworkers. You will work with families with children aged 5-13, using the Early Help Plan tool to assess need and plan appropriate support. Typical areas of work include: behaviour management, issues of self-esteem and social skills, family changes and bereavement, parenting strategies, anger management and parental low mood among others. A substantial part of your role will generally take place in the home environment, providing support to the whole family, and will also include seeing the children in school.

Application Information Hours of work: 37 hours per week
Working pattern: Full-time and term time only.
(As the position is term time only, the above salary will be pro rata)
