You will be responsible for assisting our customers in finding the perfect holiday and ensuring that you achieve both individual and store targets.

Contribute to achieving store profit through achieving individual targets set.
Maximise all sales opportunities through customer interaction.
Maximise sales of foreign exchange and other 'holiday extras'.
Take responsibility to ensure that we follow up all enquiries to make sure we never lose a sale.

Consistently provide a professional service that exceeds customer expectations.
Identify customer needs through effective questioning and selecting appropriate products.
Take ownership for consistent delivery of exceptional customer service.
Display a genuine, natural, respectful and willing approach to each and every customer
Ensure appropriate sales messages are displayed .
Take a personal ownership for achieving store target customer service scores from all mystery shopper surveys.
Maintain store brochure display and stock levels

Experience:
Experience of working in a customer facing environment
Experience of cash handling
Qualifications:
GCSE or equivalent at grade C in Maths & English is preferred
Travel related qualifications are preferred
Technical Skills:
PC literate
