Your brief will focus on providing high quality, customer-focused application support for our digital services. We’ll look to you to translate business objectives into innovative, robust solutions, working closely with clients, stakeholders and suppliers. You’ll also ensure faults are speedily identified and resolved, provide timely reporting information and identify potential improvement areas.

What you’ll need

You’ll be able to demonstrate a solid track record in web application support gained in a constantly changing environment with multiple channels and audiences.

Proven ability to work to set standards and guidelines, develop robust web applications and design application architectures including transactional or content management systems will be essential. Your technical skills should also include ASP [VBScript], SQL, HTML, Javascript, Dreamweaver, Red Dot CMS (desirable) and MS Visual Studio.
