Our client, a global engineering business seeks to appoint an experienced Commercial Solicitor with experience of working within the engineering industry. Working within a specialist commercial contracts team you will be advising on all contractual and legal matters from inception to completion of a project.
The team also advises internal and external clients on contract procurement strategy, contract administration and dispute resolution. Candidates must be qualified solicitors, ideally with experience of working within an engineering business or similar, have experience of standard contracts and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders.
